|+ Will I be liable for my order as it is shipped?|
No, we insure every item we ship. The responsibility lies with the carrier we use.
|+ Will someone have to be present to sign for the package?|
Yes, we require all of our packages to be signed for upon delivery. If you are not available when the delivery person comes, then they will leave a note for you with instructions. You can then pick up the package or they will attempt to redeliver. In either case, packages will not be released without an authorized signature.
|+ When will my item be shipped?|
Please note, it takes 1-3 business days to process a transaction and 2-5 business days for shipping. Shipping and processing upgrades will be offered at the check out page.
|+ Do you charge sales tax?|
Sales tax will apply only on NY residents. The tax rate is 8.625%
|+ Can I come to see the diamond at your office?|
We do not allow customers to visit our offices. We are not set up as a retail store and for security and insurance reasons, and because of the high value of diamonds on our premises, we cannot permit non-employees into our office
|+ Do I get an appraisal with my order?|
All items that are over $800.00 accompanied with a free appraisal from a third party. Any item over $800 will receive a free appraisal that comes from U.G.L. (NAME) for insurance purposes, any item less than $800 will be charges a $75 fee for the appraisal upon request.
|+ Where is the best diamond report come from?|
The GIA (Gemological Institute of America) has a gemological testing laboratory that produces excellent and strict diamond grading reports. Although the GIA has the most popular grading reports in the United States, JewelryNest Get the appraisal from (U.G.L) universal gemelogical laboratory they are exellent and strict. The American Gemological Society (AGS) also has their own lab (AGSL) and they are as good - and some consider them even better - than the GIA in their grading precision. The AGSL produces similar grading reports to the GIA, and they also provide information concerning angles and cut. The GIA does not presently include cut grading on their diamond grading reports. In addition, the Belgium HRD, although far less popular in the United States, is also prudent in their grading. The European Gemological Laboratory (EGL) and International Gemological Institute (IGI) are two other recognized grading authorities. It should be noted, however, that when comparing EGL or IGI grading information to that produced by the GIA, AGS or HRD, both color and clarity designations on EGL and IGI reports should be downgraded by at least one grade in order to make a fair comparison with a comparative GIA, AGS or HRD diamond, e.g. if an IGI or EGL report shows color as G and clarity as VS1, it should be compared with an H-color, VS2-clarity diamond in an accompanying GIA, AGS or HRD report.
|+ I like a piece of your jewelry, but would you customize it for me?|
Whether you need to customize one of our existing items, for example, bigger stones, different shaped stones, etc. or you want to design a whole new piece. We are happy to work with you.
|+ If I order my ring and it does not fit me can I get it resized?|
If the ring you ordered does not fit your finger size, you can return it once within Thirty (30) days from the date shipped to be sized or exchanged for the proper size. Just specify your correct finger size.You will be charged for sizing and shipping the ring back to you.
|+ What if I need a ring resized or necklace lengthened?|
All of our rings are a size 6. We can, however, resize any ring you order. Each additional size will cost an additional$25.00, each lesser size $15.00 Our necklaces are 16 inches long. Each additional inch will cost $25.00 - $35.00 depending on the weight and size of the chain.
|+ What if I can't find the jewelry I want on your site?|
Custom ordering is a large part of our business. If you are unable to find exactly what you are looking for, let us know and our design team will work with you to produce your dream piece.
|+ How can I track my order, while it is being shipped?|
Click on the Order Status link, either at the top right hand corner of the web page or the blue hyperlink in this text. Put in the tracking number that we emailed you, into the field given. If you do not have your tracking number, click on the "email me my tracking number" link, and we will email it to you.
|+ What if I want to exchange or return my order?|
We do our best to please you and hope that our merchandise exceeds your expectations. In the event you need to exchange or return simply follow these instructions –send a written request to our address within 30 days of the invoice date, listing the invoice number and the item you wish to return. Upon receiving authorization from us, send your item back to us postpaid and in original condition – state if you would like a refund or credit memo toward another purchase. No credit will be issued on unauthorized returns. Please note we charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
|+ Do you offer a warranty program?|
Yes, we offer a warranty for one year from the date of the original invoice. Buyer pays all shipping costs.
|+ How long do items take to be shipped?|
Each item is all handcrafted and custom ordered. We manufacture all of our piece in-house, please allow up to two weeks for delivery.

We currently accept various forms of payment including Master, Visa, Discover, American Express, personal checks (please allow 10 days minimum to clear our bank), money order, echeck, and debit cards)

We are proud to serve our International customers. Orders to countries outside of North America must have an item total of $700 or higher. Please note that free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to countries outside North America. Orders are shipped via FedEx. Shipping and handling fees are calculated based on the item total and shipping destination & Handling cost. Shipping transit time for all orders should take approximately two days. Customs may choose to inspect your package, which may cause a delay of an additional day.For your convenience, we offer several methods of payment. Your bank or credit card company will process all charges in US funds, as required by jewelryNest .Use your American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card issued through any US bank or use your international credit card via Google Checkout. Arrange a bank wire payment through your bank and receive a 1.5% discount.
